Chaika Children Health Center is situated at the bank of Dnepr River, it is surrounded by thick coniferous and birch wood, in ecologically clean recreation area of Zaporozhye called Velikiy Lug. Annually over 700 children of DSS workers spend their summer holidays there.

During recreation time children can receive prophylactic course of treatment of respiratory apparatus.

Five meals a day are provided in the canteen. Various juices, yoghurts, fruits and vegetables are served up every day. Food for children is cooked with cleaned water.

Treatment-and -sanitary work, sports and entertainment programs are carried out for children every day.

Video hall, chess club, sports grounds, karaoke, open-air dancing place, fruit garden and all picturesque surroundings are at the disposal of the children.
